Mum has been on Budwig Diet for nearly 4 months (since October 2011)and overall
she is doing great. Her tumour stopped bleeding so she no longer is dependant on
blood transfusions, her haemoglobin is rising naturally (10.8 last December,
previously it has been as low as 3.5), her liver function is within normal range
(Alkaline Phosphatase 93 rather than the previous ~270), she is almost off all
medication given by oncologist (still takes 1 esomeprazole - reduces acid
production and 1 transexamic acid - 'thickens' the blood, daily), she put on
15kg in 2 months and her weight has stabilised now for the past 2 months, she is
increasingly active and from being in a vegetative state for 9 months she has
started to lead a normal active life..."
