dermatologist sent a part of it for biopsy, and it was a keratoacanthoma,
malignant, and is considered a mild form of squamous cell but can be aggressive.
Rather than wait for the appt to have it removed surgically, I treated it with
flaxseed oil. It was sort of an experiement, since I had an upcoming appt to
have it removed anyway. I just kept applying the oil, covered it with a bandaid,
and everytime I sunbathed, I would expose that area to the sun, with the oil on
it. It went away on its own!
