As I have estrogen positive breast cancer too, I believe it is very important to
be compliant to the diet, as hard as it may be at times.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago.  I have been on the Budwig
diet for almost a year and doing very well.  I have experienced lower back pain
that has extended into my hip.

For me, I have noticed an improvement when I look at my digestive tract along
with some gentle stretching to elongate the spine.  Digestion and elimination is
an area that I have noticed impacts the amount of dicomfort I have.  I have
recently been introduced to Jordan Rubins work and began taking a probiotic
formula by Garden of Life that is working beautifully to restore homeostatis to
my digestive tract.  With this, I am noticing a reduction in the size of the
tumor in my breast and increased energy.  I too have added their digestive
enzyme. This was eye opening for me to see such an obvious connection.

Dr. Budwig recommends saurkraut juice, with no supplements, but for some(myself)
a more aggressive probiotic combined with a digestive enzyme may be very
helpful.  Perhaps it depends on the state of our digestive tract. Read the
clinical studies on the this product by searching Garden of Life ultra primal
defense.
I have been taking Garden of Life's ultra digestive enzymes and am feel MUCH
better as I am no longer tired after eating. In addition, I take their probiotic
primal defense to help with balancing the intestinal tract flora.  I feel a
major difference in my energy levels and a noticeable difference in the size of
my breast tumor. I would often feel tired and foggy headed after my second
portion of FOCC in the afternoon and in the evening.

I am having success in reducing my tumor.  I have a tumor in my left breast and
in the beginning, did not feel much difference, but felt stronger physically
with more energy.

I also slowly began slacking off on my juicing and increasing the cheese.  Not a
good idea!!

As I am now back on, increasing juicing and adding aerobic exercise, the tumor
is finally flattening out.  Praise God!!

It really is important to follow the protocol.  I do not drink saurkraut juice,
but substitute buttermilk, drink more of the juices than is recommended, and
have added coffee enemas a few times a week.  This week I am going to add a
sauna which is offered at my gym.

I feel really strong, have lots of energy and am confident that the cancer is
leaving my body.
